The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections to Begin Vote-By-Mail and Early Voting in the 11th Congressional District Special Primary Election on August 3, 2021

(Cleveland) - Voting for the August 3rd Special Congressional Primary Election will soon begin for voters who are in the 27 municipalities and live in the 11th Congressional District in Cuyahoga County. Voters will decide the Democratic and Republican candidates that will advance to the November 2, 2021 General Election Ballot.

Voters still have time to register to vote and participate in the August 3rd Special Congressional Primary Election by registering before Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 9:00 p.m. This deadline also applies to anyone who needs to update their name or address on their voter registration record. Voters may register online, print a form from the website and mail it in, or drop it off in person. Mailed registration forms must be postmarked on or before the July 6, 2021 deadline.

Vote-by-Mail and Early In-Person voting will begin on July 7, 2021.

Voters who are interested in receiving a Vote-by-Mail ballot application can visit www.443vote.us, call us at 216-443-VOTE (8683), or obtain a ballot application at any public library. Voters who wish to Vote- by-Mail must complete and submit a ballot application. To ensure that their application is completed correctly, each voter must indicate the month of the election and their choice of either a Democratic or Republican Ballot.

Early In-Person Voting hours are listed below and are also posted on the Board of Elections website www.443vote.us.

Weekdays*, July 7th – July 23rd: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Weekdays*, July 26th – July 30th: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 31st: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 1st: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, August 2nd: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
*Weekdays are denoted as Monday through Friday
