The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections Reminds Voters of Important Deadlines For The August 2, 2022 Primary Election

(Cleveland) – The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections is reminding voters to return their voted ballots for the August 2, 2022 Primary Election. Vote-by-Mail ballots must be postmarked on or before August 1, 2022, or be hand-delivered to the Board of Elections by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. A secured ballot drop box is available in the rear parking lot of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections 24 hours a day.

Early In-Person at the Board of Elections voting is available until Election Day. The Board of Elections building is located at 2925 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland.

Early In-Person voting hours:

Weekdays* July 25th – July 29th  8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday July 30th 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday July 31st 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Monday August 1st 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
* Weekdays are denoted as Monday through Friday

Election Day Voting:

The polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Voters are asked to provide identification to vote on Election Day. Acceptable forms of identification include an unexpired Ohio Driver License, State ID Card, or Interim Documentation with your current or former address, a utility bill, bank statement, paycheck, government check, or other government document issued within the last 12 months with your name and current address.
