The Cuyahoga County Board Of Elections Reminds Voters Of Important Deadlines For The November 7, 2023 General Election
(Cleveland) – The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections is reminding voters to return their voted ballots for the November 7, 2023 General Election. Vote-by-Mail Ballots must be postmarked on or before November 6, 2023. The deadline to hand-deliver Vote-by-Mail Ballots is 7:30 pm on Election Day.
Vote-by-Mail Ballots will not be accepted at polling locations on Election Day. A secure ballot drop box is available 24 hours a day in the rear parking lot of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections located at 2925 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115.
Early In-Person Voting Hours:
Monday | October 30th | 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. |
Tuesday | October 31st | 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. |
Weekdays* | November 1st - November 3rd | 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. |
Saturday | November 4th | 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. |
Sunday | November 5th | 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
Early In-Person Voting ends on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 5:00 pm, and there is no longer Early In-Person Voting before Election Day on November 6, 2023.
Election Day Voting:
Polls open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Voters must provide photo identification to vote on Election Day. Acceptable forms of photo identification include an unexpired Ohio Driver’s License, State ID card, an interim ID form issued by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, a U.S. passport or passport card, a U.S. military ID card, Ohio National Guard ID card, or U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ID card that includes the Voter’s name and photograph.
