Voter Registration Form

Get ready for your next registration drive or outreach event! Download and print copies of the Voter Registration Form to ensure every eligible voter can make their voice heard.

Ohio has a 30-day voter registration requirement. However, if the voter registration deadline falls on a Sunday or a legal holiday, then the deadline is extended to the next day that is not a Sunday or a legal holiday.

To ensure that residents are completing Voter Registration Forms correctly, be sure to have the Voter Registration Form Guidelines on hand.

Vote-by-Mail Applications

Help voters avoid the lines and allow them to take time to research what is on the ballot all from the comfort of their home. Download and Print copies of the Vote-by-Mail Application.

The deadline to return a Vote-by-Mail Application is seven days before the election. When returning a completed Vote-by-Mail ballot, it must be postmarked by the day before the election in order to be counted.

Voters can return a ballot in person to the Board of Elections on Election Day until 7:30pm.
