The Cuyahoga County Board Elections to Hold a Special Event at The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on July 11, 2022

(Cleveland) – – The Board of Elections is hiring over 4,000 Poll Workers for the August 2, 2022 Primary Election. To assist their recruiting efforts the Board of Elections will be at the Zoo from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Monday, July 11, 2022. 

In addition to providing Poll Worker employment information, the Board of Elections will hold a Special Animal Election. Zoo visitors will be able to vote for their favorite animals. 

The event is aimed at having fun and providing Zoo visitors with the opportunity to learn how they can earn extra money by assisting voters on Election Day. The base pay for Poll Workers is $220.00 with additional incentives that can increase compensation to $250.00. 

Cuyahoga County residents will enjoy free admission to the Zoo on the day of the event.

The results of the Special Animal Election will be shared on the Board’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
