Vote-By-Mail And Early In-Person Voting Opens For The September 12, 2023 Primary Election
(Cleveland) – The September 12, 2023 Primary Election is for candidates in Garfield Heights, City Council Ward 2 and Maple Heights City Council District 6. The winners will advance to the November 7, 2023 General Election.
Vote-by-Mail and Early In-Person voting will begin on August 15, 2023 for the September 12, 2023 Primary Election. Vote-by-Mail Ballot Applications are available online at www.443vote.us, by calling 216-443-VOTE (8683) and at all public libraries.
Vote-by-Mail Ballot Applications must be received by the Board of Elections on or before 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
Early In-Person Voting is located at the Board of Elections, 2925 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland. Voting Hours are listed below and can also be found at www.443vote.us.
