Vote-By-Mail And Early In-Person Voting Opens For The November 7, 2023 General Election
(Cleveland) – The close of voter registration for the November 7, 2023 General Election is Tuesday, October 10, 2023. This is one day later than normal because all Boards of Elections will be closed in observance of the Columbus Day Holiday on October 9, 2023.
Vote-by-Mail and Early In-Person Voting begins on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 for the November 7, 2023 General Election which is also one day later than normal.
The Board of Elections is encouraging voters to take advantage of the convenience of Voting by Mail. Vote-by-Mail Ballot Applications are available online at www.443vote.us, by calling 216-443-VOTE (8683) and at all public libraries.
Vote-by-Mail Ballot Applications must be received by the Board of Elections on or before 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 to get the ballot request processed.
Early In-Person Voting is located at the Board of Elections, 2925 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. The Early InPerson Voting schedule is as follows:

| Sunday | November 5th | 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
*Weekdays are denoted as Monday through Friday.
The Voter Registration deadline for the November 7, 2023 General Election is 9:00 pm on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. Voters may register online or update their address at www.443vote.us. Voter Registration forms are also available on the Board of Elections website and in all public libraries.
